Once you figure out what links the other sets of letters in each series, there is only one possible letter pair that continues the sequence.  For example:

AB BC CD DE __

It’s pairs of consecutive letters listed in alphabetical order, making the next set of letters EF.  But similarly:

AB BC DE GH __

We’ve still got consecutive letters from the alphabet here, but this time, B is one step down from A, D is two steps down from B, and G is three steps down from D, making the next entry in the series KL.

Some of the sequences require some lateral thinking:

OE TO TE FR FE SX __

At a glance, the sixth pair of letters in the sequence – SX – should automatically bring a specific and quite familiar list of words to mind, meaning that the next entry would be SN.

Finding the commonalities in each sequence requires no special knowledge, just some thought and some powers of observation.

The three puzzles clue three pairs of letters.  Find the six-letter sequence on the list on the Solution Page to determine where you go next.
